General Fee Information
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Fees include training, assessment and certification.
- Payment plans may be available for selected programs.
- A valid USI must be provided before certification can be issued.
- Certification will not be issued until all fees have been paid in full.
- Additional fees may apply for replacement certificates, reassessment activities, workplace visits or replacement learning resources.

Additional Charges
Additional costs may apply where:
- Additional workplace visits are required.
- Additional practical assessments are requested.
- Replacement learning materials are required.
- Certification requires re-issue.
- Training is requested outside standard delivery arrangements.
Students will be advised of any additional charges before costs are incurred.
Fee Protection
Full Tilt Training Solutions will not require any individual student to prepay more than $1,500 before training commences. Where Full Tilt Training Solutions is unable to deliver agreed training services, students will be entitled to:
- A full refund of unused fees, or
- An alternative training arrangement acceptable to the student
Nothing in this schedule removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
