Student Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct lays out how we expect you to behave at Full Tilt Training Solutions. It exists to help make sure all learners studying with us enjoy an atmosphere of mutual understanding, respect and professionalism. Full Tilt Training Solutions is a supportive adult learning environment that celebrates diversity, embraces equal opportunity and is free from discrimination and harassment.

As a learner at Full Tilt Training Solutions, it is your responsibility to know what is in the Student Code of Conduct.

Feedback and Complaints Process

We value your feedback and recognise that we can improve our products and services with the effective handling of complaints and feedback. Our process reconciles the interests of clients and FTTS whilst ensuring expectations of fairness are met.

Full Tilt Training Solutions will manage and respond to client complaints and feedback involving the conduct of:

  • FFTS Lecturers or other staff,
  • a third-party providing services on FTTS’s behalf, its trainers, assessors or other staff or,
  • a student at FTTS

Your complaint or feedback will be addressed in a timely manner, and you will receive a written reply on completion of FTTS’s investigation. If a longer investigation is required you will be kept informed and regularly updated on the progress of the matter.

The written response will include the outcome of the complaint, reasons for the decision, any changes which have resulted from the complaint, an apology where appropriate and information about the option to have the complaint reviewed by an external agency, such as the Ombudsman.
